Removal of shift knob

Just get a good grip and turn it counter clockwise, jst give it some muscle, the **** it glued sort of, the glue will break loose and the know should thread right off...

Depends

The automatic maxima have 2 screws on the back of the shift **** while the manual is a twist off.

how about the shift boot? cuz mine is all messed up and its popping out cuz the interior plastic gor errr broken... do i have to remove the ****? haha whoops obvious... how is the shift boot fastened on the inside?
