Freedom Design FSTB question

I recently acquired a Freedom Design FSTB. I'm curious as to how I can tell what needs to be adjusted as far as bar length/outsward force? The ends screw into the bar for length adjustment, but I got this used from someone on the board and it didn't come with instructions or anything. Also, how do I know what angle the end pieces should be at? should I ust loosen them, screw them down and then tighten again?

TIA,

Speebs

What I got my Freedom bar, there weren't any instructions, not that you really need any.

Start out with the car on a level surface. Remove the bolts from the strut towers. Adjust the FSTB so that it will fit snugly on the strut towers, and have equal length on both ends of the bar....ie the screw in's. Replace the bolts and TORQUE them down with a torque wrench. I am at work so I don't have the exact spec handy. I guess the hard part if gettin the ends to be equal so there is no bias to either side....not that you would EVER notice. Thats it. I have had my bar for 5 years, and was my first mod. Made a big difference.
