That sucks man I hope everyone was alright. I think us Maxima owners need to be extreamly fearful of getting hit in the passenger side, I guy from where I live, Knoxville, TN, had one and they had been drinking at a party, then proceeded down a long side road here, ended up spinning in the rain flipping over into a field and hitting a telephone poll. The passenger side hit the pole, and looked very similer to your passeger side, only the passenger side door pillar, was in the driver seat, just imagine your passeger seat, Picture 9, not any wider than your hand!!, the passenger of this wreck was not as lucky as everyone else in the car and ended up losing his life. Very sad and tramatic time here considering these guys had just graduated from high school like the week before, or it might have been the day before, if MaxedOut97SE reads this I think he might remember when. But this sort of puts a though on everyones minds on people who drink and drive. I have done it before and I am sure alot of guys here have too, but I will never put myself, friends or my Maxima for that matter, in a situation that involves alcohol. Just thought I would mention this to everyone.

really sucks dude , make sure u itemize all the mods you have and find any receipts because the insurance company might want to leave that stuff out without proof of purchase, good luck

The good thing about mods is that most of them are actually CHEAPER than the stock parts, for example the stock y-pipe on a max is over 800 bucks...and you can get a cattman for 400. The only things that I know of that are more expensive are light bulbs. This makes insurance companies VERY happy, because they don't have to pay as much if you're just fixing your car.
