The spots on the front spoiler shown in the pics are reflections from the ground and NOT scratches. They are reflections/shine from the clear-coat paint.

if i had a black 4th gen, i'd jump on this deal in a second.. it was JUST painted as i remember correctly, so it's practically a new lip w/ new paint.. once again, sorry to hear about the accident
