Is there a way to get the windshield whipers BELOW the hoodline?

Anybody do this? It seems possible, they only need to travel maybe 1-2 inches lower. I figured it would provide a cleaner look and a tad of aerodynamics. Thanks to all of those who reply. Have a great day.
