Okay, I'm stupid for asking, but is there a simple way to brighten the marker light?

I'm trying to match up the brightness of all of the halogen bulbs in the front of the car. So far, the turn signal and the clearance light are fine, but the marker light looks to be a **** yellow. Is there a simple way to brighten it? And before you say SEARCH, I tried, and I looked at maximadriver.com. A 27W rewire would be cool, but how to do it?

Simply turn the bulb 180 degrees and put it back in, you might have to shave the **** which was mentioned.
The look is hot.

ok what you two are talking about is the CLEARANCE light rewire. i already did that for him at maxus. he's talking about the side piece of the clear corners. Greg try some bulbs from www.aieonline.com the size for the side are 194, they are 5 watts. and the blinker are 1156 27watts. that's what i have now. red ones were too much trouble with cops.

ok that is to make the clearance or cornering lights brighter. he already has that done, he wants to make the 194 bulb on the SIDEMARKERS, right next to the blinker brighter. the only way to really do this is to get a good hyper white bulb. it's only a 5 watt harness.

Didn't Greg just say this in the beginning?

hey medicsonic

you think matching everything is a ***** now? Wait till you get your HID's in..... But I was thinking about getting lexus yellow fogs, then putting ambers next to the headlights like some suggested (maybe you did?) because they make everyone of my lights look like ****

Ok everyone, sorry for the delay, but CT Light and Power has decided that electricity should be a part time thing. ANYWAY, as of right now, the clearance lights, the ones right next to the headlights are a VERY nice range, along with the turn signals. What I have to fix now is the sidemarker light, the one that sits next to the turn signal. That's the **** colored one. As for the fogs when the HIDs go in, I'm gonna have to get creative.

BTW, Nine7Max, that actually WAS me.

not quite!

Well Med, I know this isn't what you asked, so don't hit me!
lol
i have hyper white 194's and they don't match with the rest of my lights in the front. Today when i get home,I'm re-wiring the turn signals so the blinker 1156 part STAYS on while the 194 ONLY alternates. I've seen it on one car and it looked much better!

grrr, he wants to do the SIDEMARKERS. on the bumper, not the ones next to the headlights i already did them for him and almost everyone else in the max crew, that's my goal. The only way would be to get a great bulb or drill out the whole and get a 1156 harness and find a way to get it in there. but i don't think it would fit because of the lenght.
