Does every 4th Gen have a EGR valve?
#1
I was noticing yesterday when comparing my engine to other '95-'98 VQs that I am missing a EGR valve just to the left of the throtte cables. Am I the only one missing it, or do others not have one either?

I'll post a picture of the engine. I noticed it on EVERYONE elses car, but mine has a hole that looks like a bolt attached to but that is it. I have to go to work tomorrow, but I'll be sure to take a picture of it.

I know what you are talking about. I dont have any of that stuff next to my throttle cables either. I dont think it's EGR though. The EGR is located down behind the upper manifold. That's where the actual valve and tube are. They connect the rear exhaust manifold to the intake plenum. That's how the EG gets R.
BTW, damn, each new sig pic you post is cooler than the last. Your car looks good.

Actually 1995 models had different emissions equipment than the rest of the 4th gens. So, you do have an EGR valve, it's just not located next to the throttle body like the rest of the 4th gens. I believe it's located behind the rear cylinder bank for your car. I checked the Chiltons and Haynes manuals and the Chiltons shows an EGR next to the TB (1998 model) and the Haynes doesn't show it (1995 model).
