Please rotate your tires, exchanging the fronts and rears.

If the vibration symptom goes away the problem is associated with the tires or wheels.
- tire out of balance
- tire out of round
- internal tire defect such as tread ply separation
- bent wheel

If the vibration symptom remains unchanged the problem is associated with the vehicle.
- bent hub
- worn ball joints
- worn tie rod ends
- worn control arm bushings

You could pay a professional to make these checks.
You could get a repair manual and follow the instructions in the book.

... and what can i do about it ??
Replace the damaged or worn parts.

I believe a skilled professional could evaluate your car in one hour. I don't know the hourly labor rate in your area. In general, labor costs are lower in rural areas and higher in urban areas.

We don't know which parts require replacement. Without knowing that it is impossible to estimate repair costs.

Are you running on stock Nissan wheels? Some aftermarket wheels require centering rings to run true.
