Ok, heres the deal. My problem has to do with the rear suspension. In the picture below, it shows the blow up view of the rear suspension. Ok, I missed placed (got throwen out) object #8 in the pic. And so now, my shocks are as if they have no use because it just goes right out the top mount. Cause that metal piece that I lost holds all the bushing and bump-stop in place, which keeps the shock rod in place also. So I need to know if I can buy just this peice from someplace like a Nissan dealer. Or can I just use a heavy-duty washer which fits perfectly in place of that? Anyone know? Please HELP! Thanks.

I have no idea if a Nissan dealer sells that Bound Bumper Cover as a separate item. This question should be directed to your Nissan dealer parts department.

Your idea of using a thick washer is a good fall-back plan.

Yes, you can buy the bumpstops at the dealer. When I had my H&R/Tokico installed, I also purchased the bumpstop set from the dealer (all four corners).

Even if you can mount the shock using the washer, i would not drive on it since the bumpstop is used for controlling shock movement and it may be dangerous to drive without it.

Hmm, I will contact my Nissan dealer ASAP. But for now, I guess using a heavy-duty washer will be sufficient. Well, thanks for the info Daniel.
