im am think of getting lowering springs but if i have a stillin lip which drops about 1.75 is it worth making it any lower
and also does lowering the car make it a rougher ride?

The car is going to ride rougher with lowering springs, no real way around it. I have the Stillen lip on my car, dropped ~3.5" or so. I learned to avoid scraping even though the lip is only about 4.5" off the ground. It gets easier with practice.
