hello max drivers! I've been reading the posts on here, but haven't registered until now. My question is as follows: does anybody know what i should do to convert my AT into a MT? thanx for the help!

The easiest, and most cost effective option will be to trade your car for a 5spd. If you really want to do this, private message hlh0501 or skimax, they have both done this and can tell you what's involved. Here's the instructions: http://www.stormpages.com/autoto5spd. Search search search... I know some words make it throw a fit but I found this within 2 minutes.

thanx for the help Weasel. I've had my Max for only a couple months and i don't want to go through the paperwork again. Besides, it's still possible to race with an AT right? Heard there's a bunch of mods I'd have to do before attempting anything...

I had no idea how hard it was b4 I looked at Harolds Conversion instructions. MAN ALIVE !! It can be done, but my goodness the time and patience it requires would make alot of people just give up !
