RE: New Tires...
Sprints and no camber kit...sounds familiar to me...Anyway, Paradas are street tires with good rain capabilities, so depending upon where you live they can be very good or bad. They look awesome, but keep in mind you are paying for that ($$$). Have you looked into the Yokohama AVS Sports? They are pure performance tires ($200+) - they look nice too. Kuhmo Esctas are also very good tires for the money (under $100). I got the Yokohama Avid H4s thinking they would give me better tread life and my car will never have the full potential of Z-rated tires. Well, I would never have the full potential thing, but turns out these tires don't last very long (not much longer than Z-rated). They are nice and quiet, and undefinitely have the grip of a Yokohama, but they are nothing special. Cheap too, they only cost me about $100/tire. Just trying to help. By the way, Sport Compact Car did a huge review on this if you can find it (I think its a May issue and has Skylines and a Lancer on the front - it also had the wqheel guide in it).

I recommend Toyo Proxes T1-Ss. I love my T1-Pluses (the older version) and will have to replace them soon with the T1-Ss. Some of the tuner mags with long-term cars have used T1-Pluses and they say that the tires are great, and that the T1-Ss are even better.

I just ordered some Bridgestone RE950's from Sears. Total cost me 565 with installtion and road hazord and everything. I decided which tire to get from TireRack.com. The ratings are real high for these tires, with a 400 treadware.

I can't attest to the durability of my tires but I love the traction/ handling they offer. I've only had my Falken GRBs for about 10k miles and they show minimal wear. They are very quiet and very good in the rain. They were only 115 a piece. In the winter I plan to put my ugly factory saw blades back on, and when I do, I'll probably put Kumhos on. BTW - just think about it - when people ask what kind of tire you have - you can say with an Italian Godfather kind of pronounciation I have some 'Falken' tires. hahaha. Post whatever you get with your opionions please.
