suspension for 96

I want to get a set of springs and shocks for my 96. i am not a millionaire so i want to spend no more than 500-600 dollars. what should i do to improve my handling, yet not really sacrifice ride quality. i have 17" rims

look at mee. lol. is this good for u? get a ftsb and then a rsb. some springs and shocks then u will be big pimpin. also this is a old pic of my car. aloha b
