I believe that's Metallic97GXE. It actually looks pretty good. It's not something I'd do personally... I don't like emblems at all, but I think he did a good job of making it not look like crap.

Yes... correct SweetSound ... 1hotmax has the "skyline" letters on his Max.

And I'm the one that put them on there.

Did you get the lettering from a "skyline" decal group? or did you get the letters seperately? I'm just wondering how I can change the lettering on my I30 to take the "t" off and go to an "r" or GT-R. I've seen the GTR on some peoples Max's but that style isn't me. I want the chrome letters like on the skylne/max.

Taking off the emblems is easy. Lots of people on here have a naked trunk. Just use some fishing string and a hot day or a hairdryer/heatgun. Heat up the glue, slide the fishing string in between the glue and peel off. Then use goo-gone or rubbing alcohol to get rid of the excess glue. Then clean and if your ****, polish and wax.

The Skyline letters were a little tougher to get.

Looked everywhere and when I finally found it, I had to take care to lining everything up and making sure it looked right.

Oh... and the letters were free.

Well ... the font name is called Good Times ... I don't know where you can get individual letters though.

Sweet. I think maybe a sign shop might be able to get me going in to the right direction.
