Y pipe woes in Atlanta no one will install it....HELP

I waisted my entire lunch trying to find someone to install the Y PIPE. I would prefer Gwinnett county but I really would hate the idea the I purchased the pipe and can't find anyone to install it HELP.

He is getting it done at Atlanta Chassis Dyno. There is a shop in Cumming that does regular maintenance and aftermarket mods if you're interested in that.
