325 sounds right..id get it painted installing it isnt hard....you just need to splice a few wires and drill some holes......i had help from my uncle so if you dont want to drill holes in ur car or want to make sure its done right then have a pro install it or maybe someone from the board cna help you if they live near by.....i installed my spoiler over a year ago and i hsvent had any problems with it since....

i did not purchase my spoiler, my uncle did so i dont knwo how much he got it for but u cna always check around here is a link u could try.... www.wingswest.com u cna compare you price wiht the price at wings west

I think that's way too much...

if you are looking for a spoiler, go to www.spoilers4less.com
I think they have stock, unpainted spoilers for 99$. Or try searching www.ebay.com, they have a bunch of spoilers there, you can order it painted for an extra 85$.

About the installation. I think that's way too much. My friend had a spoiler painted and installed for around 150$ on his VW.
call around for quotes from different body shops.
It might be cheaper to get it painted, then take it somewhere to get it installed, or do the installation yourself.

I got my wing for $75, unpainted. I had it painted (with the more expensive white pearl paint) and installed for $140. The dealership wanted $700. And the aftermarket unit is much better quality than the stock Nissan unit.

O.E.M. -style spoilers...

As NYCe MaXiMa said, Spoilers4Less has it the cheapest. However you could also just go to a junkyard and pick one up. Today, in fact, a local junkyard has a spoiler in great condition painted in my color! The guy said $100 w/o installation of course (which I thought was an excellent deal), but I want a different look and don't want to drill holes in my car unnessecarily. Spoiler installation shouldn't run you much at all (no more than $50). So if you can get a spoiler cheap (and in pristine condition because its you Maxima ) from a junkyard in your color, why not grab it?

Re: I think that's way too much...

$325 isn't too bad of a price if it includes everything(spoiler, paint and install). I bought mine from an .org guy and installed it myself with the help of a friend. All told it cost me just over 100$. Of course I was lucky enough to get a color match. The install was a real bear(no template or instructions) but I'm happy I did it myself. If you want to feel better about paying the $325 call your local nissan dealer and price a factory install(ouch!).

Yeah got my factory-style wing (dunno if official Nissan or not) for $160, paint $40, install $40. Total $250. Way better than Nissan dealer prices for sure.

Go for spoilers4less.com. I bought mine from them, let the dealer paint it, and then did the install myself. So long as your careful, and think about what you're doing (i.e. where the drill bit is going to come out,) its not a bad afternoon project. Just make sure you don't drop any screws inside the trunk lid - then you might have a problem.
