It's a Stillen kit for the Maxima molded onto the I30. Lots of money.

sorry but i know a few guy spart of the I-30 club online and they told me NO kits are specifically made for the I-30, you can import parts from Japan that will fit but it costs $$$

The front lip was molded out of 2 lips into 1 in order to fit properly. I am not sure about this, but the sideskirts and rear may fit directly or with minimal modifications.
