Spare Tire on 17s or 18s?

Anyone know if I get a flat or something on my 18" rims, can I still use my stock spare tire? I got 235/40/18 size tires.

thx

It would be no different than using the spare with the stock wheels. The aftermarket tires are the same diameter.

To those that are lowered and have a body kit on, DO NOT use the donut, you will have about 1 inch of ground clearance. Use a full sized 15" tire, it will fit in the spare well.
