we can fit on the 4th gen.? I was hoping at least 18x18.5", but the more I think about it, the less I think it will fit. And yes, I'm well aware that these will slow my car down, but for looks, I feel this is well worth it. Thanx for the info!!

Uncle Max has 18x10's in the rear! The widest up front is 18x8. You can put 19's on a 4th gen. That's what I'm gonna do after new year!

18X8 is what you need... bascially you can do anything by 8 wide.

you want a 18" wide wheel??? do they make them that wide and big at the same time????

i'd say the biggest rims you could find you could fit you would just have to mod stuff to make it fit if a civic can fit 19" with just gutting the well then a max should be 20+

YOU CAN PUT 20" WHEELS ON A MAX BUT EVEN IF YOU DROP IT 1.5" TO 2" IT LOOKS JUST LIKE A LIFTED 4X4, I HAVE TRYED A 18X8 WHEEL WITH 245-40-18 TIRE AND IT LOOKS GREAT. I NEED THAT TIRE. I LIVE IN JERSEY CITY NJ, ROADS NOT TO GOOD. TIRE DIDN'T RUB AT ALL ON MY CAR.

what i have is 18x8 with 235/40/18 Quantum Tek. For 95' Maxima i don't recommend to go smaller than 17". 2 choices, if u want your car to look good go for 18" but if u don't want your car to go slower go for 17". I've got these rims for like hafe year and never have any problem with the ride. Also, it doesn't mean that your car will look better as long as u put 18" on, the car should be lower than 2.75" .I choose " Ground Control" coil over for my car drop for 3.25"

If it ain't on 20's forget it.

Or at least that's what Big Tymers say.

I think 17's look the best, 18's look too big, 17's are perfect.

What is the biggest size rim that will fit on a max?

It's a Wheel not a Rim

Get it right makes you look smarter
Has Anyone test fit 20's on there Max?
I think it will rub on the strut's with those big *** tires.

It's not how big but how it fits

hehe... I'm sure you can put 20s on if you like.. if everything is perfect and you don't mind driving only on perfect roads.

On the other hand, if screw up getting the proper size tires and offset, even 16s will rub...

No, i didn't misread the question... just offering what info i thought would be helpful...

Re: You People

huh?

I don't get it.

You can put just about anything on the car as long as it's 5X114.3... will it fit right is the questions. As for rubbing.. get the right offset and it won't rub on the strut... but 20" I donno if there could be a right offset for the car. If it doesn't run ont he strut, it will rub on the fenders.

I've seen 20"s on a max. At the NOPI Nationals, he's been there 2 years in a row now. They fit, but don't look quite right. I think the tires are too big or something. Also, in 20" size, there aren't that many good looking wheels.
