Something missing???

I just bought this car and dont know if its missing a bushing or not. See where the front sway bar attaches, and the washer just kinda sts on it. Im going to go with common sence and say yes it is missing one, but since its my first Nissan id'e like some help.

It looks like another $hitty Moog end link. The upper bushing disintegrated. You could just get a set of ES bushings and put them in or replace the entire set-up w/ OE stuff.
