IM temp seems hotter than normal...

Hey guys,
After 2 1/2 months I finaly got the motor back in and running in my max. Changed just about everything, I have no codes except both of my front O2's were shooting a code--changed both of them no more code. My question is what is the normal temp of the runners (Plenumb)? I used my infared thermometer aimed it at the runners and it's at 124 degrees which seems to b alot hotter in the engine bay then it used to be before I did the work. Checked for vac leaks etc, all is good--> any ideas? or is this normal for an engine that's mechanically sound?

Thanks elemax-- I realized that I forgot to top off the radiator about an hour after checking all connections, Topped it off and the engine bay doesn't seem as hot anymore and IM dropped down to the 100's-->thanks again
