CEL p0443

CEL p0443
Just got a CEL today with the car up for sale. Just my luck.
Got code P0443. The Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Volume Control Solenoid Valve. The Hanes manual doesn't even mention the code. It skips 0443 exactly and it goes to 0444 and 0445.
These are the codes from this thread. http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?p=4888855
P0443 --- 0807
P0443 --- 1008
That same thread talks about testing it.
I did that and air does go through but theres is a lot of resistance. I didn't put any electricity through it to open it and I didn't check fuse 58 because I couldn't find it. I looked under the dash and #58 is not there and I looked under the hood near the battery where there are some more fuses.
Do I need to replace that valve? What is the part # for it. Where is fuse 58?

Check fuse #58 (10 amps) and replace if necessary.
You may test the valve. This test procedure is performed with the engine off. Remove the electrical connector and both vacuum hoses. Fasten a length of clean rubber vacuum tubing to either nipple. Gently blow through the hose. The valve should be closed and it should be difficult or impossible to send air through the valve. Now use a pair of fused test leads to provide 12 volts to the electric terminals. The polarity doesn't matter. With the solenoid energized the valve should be open and it should be easy to send air through the valve.

I bought a brand new valve. It was $194 dollars. Changed it and then cleaned the TB. Found fuse #58 and checked the rest of the fuses and none are blown.
CEL is still on with the same code. Does anyone know what the **** is wrong with it? The car also has problems starting sometimes. It was crank for a long time before starting.
