9004 Upgrade Headlight Harness

Hey this might sound like a stupid question, (I know its a stupid question) so here goes, the 9004 Upgrade headlight harness, there is suppose to be a High Beam and Low Beam Output correct?? I know the answer is yes, so don't flame me. I recently purchase the Harness from SUVLIGHTS.COM for a 9004 model so i received bout couple of days ago. So i went to install it today, I believe I connected everything correctly, it was pretty clear were everything was suppose to go. But then i turned on the headlights, yes the headlights were on but then when i flipped the brights. NOTHING. when released the High beam for low the headlights came back on again. Anyone else have a problem? what could be the cause? a defective wire harness? i've emailed SUVLIGHTS, but no response yet.

Check all your conections again. This same thing happened to me, but mine turned out to be a defective harness. Go to Cheston's site and double check your installation with his directions.

I don't wanna sound stubborn but i have checked it all over. The headlights didn't come on at all when i first connected it everything. So then i checked the connections and found out that the one of the ELECTRIC PRONGS from the wire Harness was bent and didn't fully contact the Factory Headlight Socket of the car, so i solved that problem but now there's no high beam just low beam.

if your low beams come on then your connections should be fine..did you get a cheap harness? Better off with the APC harness.
