wird noise from the tires

wird noise from the tires

i hear a noise that seems like my tires are scraping against something .. seems like its from the front .my tires are like couple months old so its not them anyone has any ideas ? thx

when i drive around 10 to like 25 mph .. if u listen to it its like a sound when u need to replace your timing belt . but im sure its none of the two belts because its only when i drive .

-brakes are going bad
-wheel bearing

even if you dont press the bare and u still hear the noise, it can be the breaks??

yea, the bads get so wore down that either the brake pistons can rub or theres like this clip on the brake pad itself that can rub against the rotor, look at the rotor to see if theres any deep scratches or scrapes on it

but it kinda sounds like your wheel bearing

more info needed i think, what type of sound are you hearing ? woosh woosh is sometimes from the dust shield on the rotor that got bent and touches something, kevlo had a write up on that once, but he was running an upgraded brake setup i think

metal noise is anything, could be wheel bearing i think for that type of sound

describe the sound and the occasion you can replicat ethe sound at...

i have the same noise and i was told to get my brakes changed....it sounds like a squeel but verry low .... and when the car is stoped the noise is gone but it happens when the car moves at all.... after like 25+ it goes away yes??? ... well im doing my brakes this upcomming weekend ... if i dont go to the meet ..ill let you know if i get any new's of the noise on mine..

i already fixed mine . it wasn't the breaks in mine it was the wheel bearing . i changed it and the noise stopped
