Cluster trouble

I installed a new headunit yesterday. While doing this i shorted out the cluster lights and dimmer. my mexican (literally) friend ghetto rigged the fuse cause it blew so we could see what was wrong. Then the dash shorted again later and now the fuse holder is all ****ed up, just for that fuse. The INT ILL one.

how do i fix it so my dash lights come back on?

Ill put a pic and show u guys later. thanks

id have to see pics but id say that there is loose connection now thats grounding out and blowing your fuse, i wouldnt ghetto rig it up cuz you may burn/melt something you might have to pull it apart again and recheck everything, thats my best guess. I used to do it all the time when i was installing switches n such

thats what some guy at work said. that there was an open connection. its not the dimmer cause i pulled it out and made no diff but i think its the wire from the fuse box which sux, cause i dont have any torx sockets to take it out. thanks a lot though.
