Mostly for looks... but if you need new rotors and can get a good deal...go ahead... Don't forget to get good pads (which makes the real difference)

There are a bunch of guys running the Stillen rotors; I just don't see them post much here.

Most of the difference will come from the aftermarket pads, SS lines, and brake fluid. For street use, the slotted and/or drilled rotors are mainly for looks.

the calipers and the base of the rotor. I imagine with time it will discolor and be fugly like the stock ones... Don't paint the friction surfaces

I got mine from Phuong, good deal for the whole kit(rotors, pads, ss lines and fluid). I like them, there is NO fade with them(thats the reason I bought them). They do dust more than stock, but all X-drilled do. I'd go for them.

I'd be willing to sell you a Stillen/Ap Racing 13.9" with 6 piston calipers kit, but I'm sure the $2599 would turn anyone away
how about $1800?

I was just kidding carnal.
That is a hell of price for those brakes... I wish I had the loot and the need to go from 80-0 in 105 feet.

I've got the Stillen rotors, Front and Rear, SS Lines, and Stillen MetalMatrix or whatever there called. I got them from Avalon for around $550 if I remember correctly.

I love this brake setup. I did a lapping day with them, they worked wonderfully. I would recommend this setup to anyone!

haha i sure hope so man... well the Stillen price is 2599 for the 4 piston calipers, mine are 6 pistons i'm 95% sure haha and I'd sell them used for 1800 hehe like barely used.

Otherwise my max will continue stopping from 80mph in 105 feet

its true the Stillen/APs are insane, but if somoene wants to be insane let me know and buy em!
