After AE headlights........

I did the AE headlights to my 97, and now when I look at the car the corner lights look out of place. They look too white/clear. I have looked on ebay for some "smoked" like corner lights, but no luck.

I would like to make them look "AE" to match the headlights, then get smoked turn signals to finish the composition.

anyone have an idea or solution?

thanks thanks.

jvckustumz, im not sure who you were asking to see's headlights but i'll post a pic anyway.

I never considered the ambers until I saw jsutters. I used to think the stock bumper lights looked horrid on the ruby pearl color...like orange and maroon dont mix. But these turned out good and I like them allllottt; alot more than the blacked out lights I was doin before.
I have to admitt though, everytime I see a max with cefiro black housing one-pieces I am like wow, why does that maxima look so clean in the front, then I realize its the damn headlights.

Nice mismatched rims, moron Swap is looking good, I don't think you ever showed me pics!

To the OP, you an AE the clearance lights (next to the headlights) as well. Same method. Buy some black bumper lights off ebay to finish the look. What color is your Max?

my max is sage mist green and with the AE headlights and the clean lens on top of it, they look good.

so the corners can be done just like the headlights huh? pop them in the oven and paint?
If so, I have my project for the weekend. Then I'll get the tinted/black bumper lights off ebay to finish off the front.

AE = 20th Anniversary edition (A33)

What people do is bake the headlights at like 200 degrees for 10 minutes, peel them open, mask the reflector and paint the outside black to get it to look like the '01 A33 AE headlights...
