Help with 4 codes 0302, 0304, 0702, 0111

Alright guys I have been having this problem with these 4 codes for a while. I really dont know where to even begin to look. I dont want to just throw money into the bucket and hope it takes care of the problem.

Alright so I will begin with I am getting 0302, 0304, 0702, and 0111 in that order. And before anyone says yes I know what all the codes mean.

So I will start with 0302. I got this code and I figured hey it is probably the EGR tube clogged up. So I went to work and cleaned the tube. It was not nearly as clogged as some members I had seen on here. So after I clean it I reset the CEL and 50 miles later it was back. So now I am stumped as to where to proceed next. I got some help from KRRZ350. He said to push up on the EGR valve and to see if the car stalled in which it didnt. So I dunno where to go from there. Included is also a video showing my idle as I pushed up on the valve at the bottom of this post.

Next is 0304 which is the KS. I havent changed the KS yet as I think it could be coming up due to one of the other codes.

Thirdly there is 0702. I have read about this code several times. I received 0703 earlier and I replaced the O2 sensor which fixed the problem. So I went and replaced the O2 sensor for the 0702 code and yet it came back. I really dont know where to go next with this code. I know it cant be the spark plugs as they are fairly new 10K or so on NGK laser. I have a Cattman y-pipe back and never did experience any problems before hand and have had the system for atleast 15K. I did have the IACV off to clean it but I did not replace the gasket. I am not sure if the code was there before I did this or not but would that cause this situation?

And lastly the famous code 0111. I do not even know where to begin with this code. When I first started getting this code I read up about it and it said it is usually followed by another code. I didnt clear the code and say 400 miles later I got a new code for the sensor on the canister. The uhm I think it was the canister vent control valve if that sounds right. Cant remember the exact code. So I went and replaced that and cleared the codes. Shortly after the CEL came back on with the famous 0111 code so now I have been driving around with it for like 6K and dunno where to begin on it.

So any help as to where to begin would be greatly appreciated guys. I am pretty much stumped. My gas mileage doesnt really suffer as long as I reset the CEL otherwise it does seem to go down say 2 MPG after the next fill up. I would just like to solve all the problems and get this done with.

Also as stated here is the video for the 0302 EGR valve test.

You mean no one can help me diagnose this? This is crazy. I am sick of this CEL.

For code 0302 make sure your temp sensor is plugged in correctly, double check that the egr valve is opening and closing during acceleration....

For 0304, you might as well change the KS. Easy as hell and won;t cost you that much

For your 0702, You stated that you have a Y-pipe. Did you have any codes right after that, or were you code free?

Code 0111, I would clean your evap canister, clean the control solenoid, make sure the lines have no holes on them and double check the harness for the control valve.

Did you remove your entire EGR to clean it or what method did you use?

The EGR and Map-Barro switches are connected, and its also common to have KS and MAP-Barro together.

Go to radioshack and get some resistors, on 470K the other 100K, and run them in series and use them as a pseudo-KS. I did it and havent gotten the map-barro code back yet. If that works, then you know a new KS will fix both codes. Or you could just use the pseudo-KS on 93 like I am.

The other code you are talking about is a 1205, evap canister purge volume control valve. Ive had it since the 00vi swap and I have no idea how to fix it. Other than to replace it...its right on top of the UIM.

IACV gasket doesnt really go bad. Its kind of like LIM gaskets...as long as they dont have holes, cracks or damage, its most likely fine. I dont think that would affect the 0702 either.

Also, if you are worried about vacuum leaks, go to a trusty mechanic friend and ask him if he can test your system for leaks. Tell him to use the smoke machine.

Yea I am thinking of replacing the KS. It does have 238K on it but it never showed up until these codes did.

Yea the y-pipe and all that has been on there for like 15K and didnt have any codes besides 1 O2 sensor which was replaced. Now all 3 have been replaced.

Really I dont care much for the 0111 code as much as the others. They are the ones taking my gas mileage down. I have had this 0111 code for like a year now and it doesnt affect my gas mileage so it pretty much last on the list. So many things to look for.

I removed the EGR tube and cleaned it all out. It wasnt even really clogged. It was not stopped up at the ends like most peoples were. There was some build up but not enough that it was fully clogged.
