Front Hub replacement

Is it possible to replace the hub without replacing the steering knuckle?

You have to take the steering knuckle out, take the snap rings out of the steering knuckle, press the hub off, press the old bearing off. And then reverse the order for installation

Not too bad of a *****...well, I guess I can do it at my shop. But I would ask around the shops a quote to press the bearing out if you bring them the knuckle. If the price quote is close to what it would take for them to do the whole job, let the experts have it. They can fight with the whole car while you sip on coffee in the waiting lounge ..

There's absolutely no need to clutter up the A32 subforum any more than it already is. A single thread would do quite well for this and the other two threads you have started (http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=545959 and http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=545911), as they all deal with close enough to the same issue.

In any case, good luck finding a knuckle without a hub, and vice versa, unless you buy new. Even then...
