Whose got the lowest mileage??

i felt excluded from the "Whose got the highest mileage?? Any issues?" thread so i figured id start one for MY KIND...

i assume i have the lowest mileage 4th gen on the forums - because i bought it from probably the only senior citizen to ever own a maxima. in fact, this is the first car ive ever owned that has less than 100k on it. the next closest one was a 97 Volvo bought with 101k.

seeing as how people dont put mileage in their sigs or profiles, im curious to see who else is in the less-than-100k range.

post up ODO pix if u got em.

Actually, I have 71,051 miles on my 95SE, 5-speed. I have owned the car since October 1, 1994. I don't drive it daily and it hasn't been used for commuting in over 6 years. The vehicle has been driven about 5,000 mostly highway (70%) miles annually for the last several years.

It was rust-proofed, leather protected and Diamond coated before I picked it up.

The biggest complaint I have about the car is that the odometer only goes up to 220 kmh (140 mph), lol!

The back seats are in near-new condition.

At the rate I am going the car will out last me, lol!

Prior to buying the Maxima, I flogged so many cars I owned like a rented mule that I vowed I would take care of this one.

i normally drive 120 miles once a week and some real short local trips and thats all the driving i do for the most part. a road trip here or there to champaign, iowa, or milwaukee at times too.

This max posted in the other thread's darn low. Less than 6,000 miles/year. It's a 1996 model.

The odometer resets at 1 million miles. You're referring to the speedometer--big difference.

Anyway I thought this was a gas mileage thread and I would hate to disappoint myself, so I've gotten about 13-14mpg on a tank with a stock VQ.

My bad! I meant the speedometer.

You have some serious maintenance issues with your car, given that fuel economy.

I consistently get in the lows 20s in the city and 28 to 31 on the highway.

lowest mileage 4g will probably be one thats in a junkyard somewhere that got wrecked early on.

anyway, my '95 was bought in '94 by my mom and i have 95k on it now. it's always been the primary car. i guess i don't drive that much when i'm at school.

lol this whole thread is making me feel really old... haha.. I got 161k on mine(bought with 140k from someone who babied the crap out of it)... but at least it is one of the best condition and cleanest max's u will ever see... :-P

Not to mention it is is great shape never had any issues with it besides the AC compressor and it will probably need a new clutch by the summer time(factory clutch) so it ant too bad.

Bought 98 max with 33 miles in 97 and now it's at 156K. Put bulletproof tranny in Feb 07 (141K on odometer) with 25K on tranny.

Next is another engine.
