odd squeek

i'm getting a slight squeeking noise while driving. it kinda sounds like brakes but the car doesn't pull and there isn't excessive brake dust on any of the wheels.

does it squeak when you hit the brakes or is it just constant? and where is the sound coming from front? rear? side?

about 80% of the time. there are small pauses where it doesn't squeek for a second. it sounds like it's coming from outside of the driver's side somewhere, can't really tell if it's front or rear. doesn't sound like it's coming from under the hood. it doesn't squeek anymore if hit the brakes.
the brakes feel solid, no pulsing, doesn't pull during braking.

btw 95 max gxe auto, 180k miles.

you know what that could be, a minor worp in the brake rotor.because if there not much dust ...that could be it....hit any curbs lately?? or anthing to that side??

Well I don't know you said it doesn't seem like it's coming from under the hood but it still could be your suspension. I recently replaced my struts, put in Eibach Lowering springs, 18" rims, and then 3 days later I heard a squeeking noise form my front passenger side. It turned out to be my strut mounts. ??? Maybe this will help you man.

i haven't hit any curbs or anything. i remember running over a roadkill raccoon a few months ago. i replaced the strut bearing and the top strut mount on one side a few months ago.

Is the "squeak" consistent with wheel rotation?
