Drop concerns.
Drop concerns.
Well next pay day im ordering some tein s techs now the drop is 2.2 front and 1.8 rear.Im pretty shure thats right.Ive also decided to get a lip kit a couple months later and im worried about beating the **** out of it and tearing it off.My car is auto so im going to get a nice drop. Also where i live the roads are pretty bad..not the worst but they are pretty bad at times.Just would like to get peoples opinions and experience with this sort of thing.I dont really want to spent money on dropping the car and putting a kit on and 4 days later the kit is hanging off.
you will need to learn how to drive low. a lot of paying attention to the road and learning the little tricks. doing it at 2 seperate times is a good idea so it will be a gradual thing.
i was going to get teins but went with maxspeeds cause i did'nt want that big of a drop. i only have a 1.5 front and a 1.3 rear drop and i'm doin ok. depends on the shocks too though, if you go coilovers you can adjust but its really stiff, i got kyb gr2's and i think its a nice ride now. if you got $hitty roads i'd do the suspension first and make sure your not scraping or rubbing, then i'd do the lip kit after. if you drive it like you stole it your gonna bottom on something eventually. good luck>>>
Illuminas would be good for them. You better drive slow from now on, esp on turns, scraping sucks bad.
