have a kill switch in your car?
in my dads car the heated seat switches are the kill switch you press both buttons down and it cuts the power to the fuel pump. i think thats pretty cool i wanted to do something similiar to my car except that my car doesnt have heated seats so where would be a good place to install a switch thats not obvious but still accessable?
Well, a kill switch is a good thing to have, when it's keep secret, you know...
But here's one for you, 6 kill switchs on the injectors.... wired from the ecu harnest, into the glove box...(btw: I have'nt done it...)
You can also remove the fuel pump fuse in the dash and if you have an S-afc/V-afc, unplugging it disconnect the MAF sensor.

So how does your dad use both his heated seats????
You can just put any switch in line with the fuel pump wire behind the fuse panel (brown wire , I believe). The switch could (I suppose) be something trick like the heated seats you mentioned (I've also heard of people needing to have the cigarette lighter inserted for the car to work) but you can just tuck your switch up under the driver side knee bulster and get to it by feel each time. That's how I had my '96 when it was my pride and joy. Now that it's a (stock) commuter car and my '99 is my pride and joy, I haven't gotten around to doing a kill switch on the '99. But I'm always more worried about vandalism or the theft of the car's aftermarket parts (wheels, ground effects, navigation, SC!, etc.) and a kill switch doesn't help with that.
Good luck.
