Any tips the keep the exhuast from moving around?

Well I took a turn today relatively sharp and pretty quick, and well I heard my exhaust slam against the side and I could feel it right under the center console.

For exhaust I have Budget Y, Budget Cat, and Greedy SP2. I don't have the Y pipe hanger on the car because it didn't fit around the Budget properly. Any contraptions I can use to fix this problem?

You can try steel wire. But if you dont have any play in it it will crack. You can try to put rubber where it is hitting to deaden the sound maybe.

A welder + hangers.........

I use railroad spikes, I had some lying around and found that they are not only the perfect size, but the metal they are made from LOVES to be welded. Slip it between the two existing rubber hangers and tack it up to the bottom of the exhaust.

Or of course, since you probably don't have a welder, you could just pay a muffler shop $20 a pop to add in some hangers.

I recommend you go to a muffler shop as well, and have them weld on 1 pair of hangers (with rubber) to resolve your problem. Cheap and easy fix.
