Indecission Feb 14 2008:Tokico HP or Gabriel Ultra
well i bought the gabriels from autozone lifetime blah blah blah thinking that if I blew them again (talking about just the rear not enough all the way around atm but plan on it). Well I just now found out that tokico's have lifetime themselves and yeah there blue lol and just 10 dollars more then what i paid for Autozone shocks. My question is which one would handle K Sport Lowering springs 2.2 f 2.0 rear better. My geuss is tokico but i never payed attention to shock or struts i was on air for once upon a time(long story).

BE sure to read the warranty closely. With KYB AGX, they will not warranty anything with more than a 2 inch drop. so, if you blow the fronts, using that 2.2" drop your s.o.l.
At least that's what came on the warranty card with mine when I bought them. "LIMITED" lifetime warranty.
Oh, and they are really temp. sensetive. You can feel the difference that 10 degrees C makes in the ride.

Spend and get Tokico Illuminas in white. Also I would not recommend that low that is a rough ride. I want to get the H-tech from Tein. Progressive ask the org or search this link gave me an idea http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php?MaximaSprings

Don't get Gabriels, they do not fit 4th gen properly. If you don't believe me compare the size of the Gabriels to you your stock struts or any other struts such as Monroe.
I even contacted Gabriel about this and they said it was not a problem but they were wrong. I even tried several different Gabriel Ultras from another Autozone, still same issues.
Must say Autozone was very good about giving me my money back and even gave me some free parts due to the problem. But all this was Gabriels fault.
