how do you calibrate speedo needle?!

how do you calibrate speedo needle?!

bought a set of indiglo gauges and everithing is working fine except for the speedo. its off by about 10mph. tried moving the needle to adjust it but then it jumps or stops. what the F. di i just F it up? any way to fix it?

It was working fine before you installed the indiglo back plate? Did you remove the needles at any point to install it (and if so, did you at least index or mark them prior to removal)?

it was working fine. and i did remove the needles to install the faceplate. and no i didnt mark anything it was my first time doing this and didnt do any research on this. do i need a new speedo gauge?
