Starting problem w/0304 & 0901 code Help
I've been having a starting problem for the last 2 weeks. It has progressively gotten worse. Sometimes it takes me 10 times of turning the ignition to get her going again.
I just got an engine code turn on yesterday 0304 (knock sensor) and 0901 (O2 sensor).
I re-greased the starter about 4 months ago with hi temp lithium grease, and the battery and alternator is strong.
Anyone know what is the real problem? I don't see the correlation between a KS and an O2 causing a starting issue.
Please help. Thank you.

Your two codes have nothing to do with your starting problem.
Search, and you'll find thousands of threads about hard and no start conditions. There's a several page thread (ongoing as of last month, IIRC) about hard starting that goes through all the possible causes.
