Usually front brakes wear out faster then rear ones. Is there some kind of regulator that will let me adjust how strong the grip is in the rear? I know strong grip in the back is dangerous, but the front pads will last longer

I'm unaware of any such product. Moreover, I think you don't really want it. The front brakes do 60 - 65% of the braking due to forward weight transfer during braking. It's reasonable for the front pads to wear more quickly than the rears.

The manufacturer has balanced the front/rear braking force to minimize the risk of lockup, so you shouldn't tinker with it. ABS is a more sophisticated means of balancing braking forces. Even on cars with ABS, the front pads will wear faster than the rears.
