Will these fit? Please help...

I am looking to get a set of black rims for my 4th gen non lowered 96 GXE. They are 18x9 with a 38 offset. They are only $330. Do you think they will fit? Any rubbing issues? Also what would be the perfect tire size for such a rim? I would have posted this in the wheels and tires section but I never get much help over there. You're input would be much appreciated.
