explain please

cuz i did my outers a week ago and the material i used to replace the insert was that pyramid pattern acryllic sheeting, which actually looks a lot darker than the OEM clear plastic inserts. on a bright day its hard to notice, but at night you can clearly see the outers as darker.

what youre saying is you removed the inners and did the same process of inserting that material?

thats a good idea

will those work for my front clears?

U guys don't explain anything to us newbies, just are very vague and rude about things. "Go to ebay", "I hate newbies", "Do a search moron etc", it's very rare for a car to not have a website with all these parts to order on them, i can't beleive everyone on here has gotten all their car parts off of ebay. How the heck can u tell the difference from $300 clears and $18 clears on ebay new?

U guys really need to grow up and stop getting so easily irritated about new people in your car club. I've been a part of many car clubs and most clubs are very nice and answer questions for us new people. This if my first foreign car and my first maxima, i don't know all the ropes, so everyone just calm down, take a chill pill and be cool. And yes I do use the search function, but it pulls up 100 post about stuff from years ago and almost all the links to the sites don't work, so before u guys get all pissy, just remember u guys were new once in this club too and all of us have the same interest in here, the nissan maxima, so i'd appreciate if you treat me and all the other newbies I read posts on with a lot more respect.

your right, Im so sorry newb. Plz forgive me.

FTW use the free search, when I was a newb It wasnt available to us. I understand sometimes the search option does not help you find your answer instantly, but be patient, do some reading, and find your answer. Its a lot better than starting a thread and getting flamed for it because there are a million threads w/ your answer.

Those bumper lights will work fine for you max. A lot of people on here buy some caulking (spelling?) and go around the edges of the lights to make sure no moisture gets in, because after all they are from ebay, you never know about the quality. I got my clear bumper lights, and red/clear outer taillights off of ebay and i haven't had any trouble with them.

everyday i wonder why even bother to check this forum.

if you are looking for a website that sells something...especially something as common as bumper lights use... maxima bumper lights
i mean come on...a little common sense.

recently the newb flaming level has sky rocketed because it seems like with in just the last 2 months the number of new users has exploded...and every one of you newbs are all asking the most basic questions without even searching yourself first.
