How many miles on it?
What tires are on it? What condition are they in?
What is your cold tire PSI?

The struts are the key component to absorbing bumps.
A set of Tokico Blues will give you back that smooth new car ride, providing everything else is in order.

^^ agreed on the shock absorber comment. I just got my AGX adjustables, and love it!

I've always thought the supposedly stiffer SE springs in my max were too soft... It can be a bumpy ride, but the car rolls far to much when cornering...

You might not think suspension is all that critical to your car (I didn't) but I realize now, that its one of the first things I would do.

Go out to your car and rock it up and down a few times and then let go. It should settle after 1 bounce. If it doesnt, you need new shocks. Also, I dont think bad shocks would make you "feel every crack in the road" - they will just make for one hell of a bouncy ride.

My 96 with 194K feels a lot rougher than it used to. I did the bounce test, and it settles out in 1 rebound. Could it just be all the rubber components harding up through out?

Do you think new struts would make it feel smoother again? My 08 makes the old girl seem so much worse!

i have 139k miles on it. i actually have new tires and i thought they were cheap tires but i swithched them with my other boy with a max and it rides the same, also checked the pressure didnt feel a difference so should i change my struts because my shocks seem to be fine it is a stiff ride but i feel every crack. Where could i find Tokico Blue struts for a good price
