need help....???
I looked around on the search's but i guess im typing it in wrong or something cause i am getting nothing that im looking for. Tryin to find the DIY for removal and replacing the susepension craddle. I looked in my haynes man and really didn't find anything close to it, just how to replace the rack. but it is the whold craddel that i have to replace. can't afford to bring it to a shop, already got some prices, the figures that they are giving me are close to or over 600....that is just labor. i found a craddel at a junk yard for 250. So yea any help would be appreciated. If someone has an FSM (dealership) on how to it would help alot. But i would like to get that specific section not the whole manual.

Good luck. It's a big job replacing that and not worth it. It is also called a K-member or subframe. $250 for this part is also expensive. It's not worth anything but it's weight in steel and thats about $5. I have scrapped at least 10 of them. Theres no reason it should ever be replaced.
Either have the holes tapped ,drill the threads out big enough and weld a nut in the place or just weld it on like you have done. If you weld it make sure you weld where the bolts go and around the plate. Just spray some rubberized undercoating to protect the weld from rust.
If I had your car and a K-member which I have plenty of I would not even consider changing it out.

thats what i wanted to do in the first place....only problem is that i can't find anyone or anyshop (even the highly referred ones) to do a decent job. the last shop that i went to and that welded it on for me didn't even jack up the plate to the frame to where it mesh's together. when i drove it off i felt and heard the insert bushing on the end piece of the lca. Went to another shop that was highly referred to asked them if they could tap it out and do something with it (they refused), than just asked them to weld it better and they did, but they didn't take the bolt head off one of the snapped bolts so i can still here it rattle from time to time. I know its a waste of time to mess with it and its a hassle to replace, but if i can't find a decent shop who is willing to do the job for me and do it right i have no choice but to replace it. SIGH....
What do you mean they didn't take the bolt head off of the snapped bolt? How is the bolt snapped if it still has a head? If the bracket isn't flush with the k-member then you will need to remove it and have it re-welded flush so there is no movement in the lca.
If your going to chain stores then theres not going to be a single one that will touch it.
You will need to find a mom/pop shop. Better yet take a look at craigslist in your area there is always people offering there automotive services out of there home garage.

the snapped head is about 2 milimeters dangling off the plate the stud is still in the hole. it freely moves when u turn it by hand but wont physically seperate it self from the plate even when i tried to pry it off with a flat head screwdriver. i wish i took a pick of it before, than you would get a better pic of what i am talking about. its one of those "how the **** did that happen scenerios". i can try to take some pics tonight when i get home and have them up here asap.
craigslist is not a bad idea haven't thought of that good looking out!!
