This is the second time the Window Modulator in the max keep on going bad, first was when I bought the car I had to replace 3 of 4 now another one went bad and I had to bring the car in the garage due to rain, what is it with these cars that have such poor power window units that seem to need to be replaced every couple years?

The window won't go up, drops all the way down again, another hassle to be fixed along with so much work to be done to the front of the maxima, it's a complete hassle to have suck poor modulators in the car.

Where can I get a cheap one for the right passenger side of the car and why hasn't Nissan ever addressed this issue and added in some better ones that are more reliable?

you need to check/clean the grounds to the motor...

Any guide how to do this? my mechanic installed the last ones for me.

That black rubber is broken, do I only have to replace that or get the whole thing?
