Hi Im thinking mine might be clogged? I dont have the pull I once had, my exhaust sounds like the engine is missing but it isnt. Any thoughts? Thanks for everyones input.

Gradual loss in power and carbon soot build up in the intake (thottle body).
I would just change the catalytic as it's probably pretty dead anyways at 138K... $120.
When they take it out you will be able to see the catalyst brick all clogged by looking through it.

smell of rotten eggs. black smoke out of the back if you open it up. codes of course. sluggishness is a symptom, but if that is the only symptom you are feeling, it could be a million things (and the cat should prob be done last if that is the case). change your knock sensor (if you havent already). tuneup. redline si-1 system cleaner. a chemtool piston soak (if you have the time and knowhow). the usual TB adn IACV cleaning.
take out the coil packs and plugs. take a can of seafoam and divide it evenly between the 6 cylinders and pour it in each. let soak for a good 30 min. siphon out the fluid (will come out black). replace plugs and start it up.
some people use Marvel Mystery Oil but Chemtool desolves deposits better.
You should also change your oil after this as some fluid may leak past the rings (I dont worry about that as once the oil reaches operating temp it will burn off anyhow).
I put each plug back and thread it enough to hold it in place but leaving it loose enough for pressure release and tap the crank a couple of times (befoe siphoning) to get the chemtool up on the valves etc. this isnt recommended.
initial start will be hard and you will have to have the pedal all of the way down. once going, everything will smooth out and deposits that werent siphoned out will burn out through the exhaust.
