Removing interior trim
the easier way would be to just buy those panels from an orger or get them at your local junkyard. shouldnt be more than like 20 bux total.
removing all that stuff would be a ton of work, and the panels underneath would probably look like **** once u got it off.

so i can just buy a climate control panel (for example) and swap it in?
....i agree
Well,
I've replaced my wood trim already. After the second set started peeling within a year I said screw it. It's all peeled and I break off the loose parts.
I'd like to know if you're able to remove the trim and make the surfaces look clean. You definitely want to use a hot air gun - what I'd like to know is how it cleans up.

Try peeling it off with a heat gun first. Do the gauge bezel first. Thats the easiest piece to get so if you do mess it up trying no worries.
Yes, but good luck getting a 98 or 99 auto climate control. There is one on ebay, ****** it now if possible. And no other years will fit.
