Question on Powertrain Warranty

I have the following mods on my car:

Cattman S/S Y Pipe
RT 2 1/2" Cat
Greddy Cat-Back
K&N Cone Filter
H&R Springs (like that would affect tranny life)

Would these mods void my factory powertrain warranty? I have been having a ton of problems with my Auto Tranny slipping when trying to downshift (2-1 or 3-2). It lags A LOT more now from the 1-2 shift. At 56k miles I had a tranny flush and fill done at a Jiffy Lube here in Austin, and when I inspected the fluid, it looked fairly clean. (Fluid coming out of the tranny). I bought the car with 47k miles, and it currently has 57,900 miles on it. I have 2k miles before my 60k mile limit, or before February.

What are the specifications on what would void my warranty, and what would not??

Please let me know soon.

Victor

Everyone says that they have to honor your warranty unless they can prove that your mods directly contributed to the problem.

On another note being in the auto wholesale industry, we've found that Nissan is being increasingly difficult about covering our cars. We have mostly off-lease cars (several thousand Nissans in stock right now). The usual reply we get when we send a car to a dealer for say an engine noise or slipping transmission is that whoever owned the car must not have maintained it properly or abused it and it's not covered.
In addition to Nissan we carry most other kinds of cars but have found Nissan to be particularly difficult in this regard.
We find this interesting since we're selling these cars for Nissan Remarketing Services (read - Nissan Corporate) and they still wont do anything for us. So, it isn't uncommon for us to sell a '00 Maxima with a blown engine - their loss I guess.

Makes me wonder how they treat the little guys...

Good Luck

I guess the question would be:

Will the Y Pipe and Catback affect transmission life?
