Lip Kit Size...

Anyone know or can measure/ estimate how much space is lost between the distance from your car to the ground? bet point from the front bumper?

No not lowered. All stock. I want to get a lip kit and lower it but i don't want ot draggin' on the floor. Just trying to get an idea of how much space is left from your front bumper to the group once you add a lip.

A good amount of space will be left. But it also depends on what springs your going to use. S-techs give a pretty low drop, and people are at times still safe from dragging off the lip....but you gotta re-learn how to drive after the drop and lip, if you go reeeaaal low.

To the OP, what you are asking is kind of vague. You will have all kinds of different heights depending on which springs you decide to use on your drop. For the most part you should be fine with height as long as you don't slam the car on a coil over setup

It all depends what drop you get, if you go coilovers you can control it. with stechs you will have 3-5in clearance from the ground with a lip and that is plenty as long as you know how to drive lowered car.

I believe that with my h&r springs that lower the front apx 1.4 inches. with the skirt kit on, I will have about 4 inches of clearance from level ground to the lowest point on the front skirt. Add apx 1.4 inches and there is your answer. Of course tire size plays a part in this equation so... I am running 225/40/18. My kit is not installed yet, but I can test it out for you if you are interested.
lmk.

dude if your doing stock suspension with a lip kit, then there is no point for you to even ask this question. cuz your stupid high already just add to inch with a ruler and there goes your lip kit.

I have s-tech springs, just got a front lip, not yet installed but I can test fit it and measure if you want that exact measurement. Currently with no lip and lowered on s-tech springs I have 6.5-6.75 inches of room between the floor and the lowest part of the front bumper.
