are the 300zx calipers (front and back) plug n play on a 4th gen? and will they let the stock wheels or after market wheels that are for the 4th gen fit the same way the stock calipers fit when the rims are on the car?

Yes, they will work. No they will not clear any stock 4th gen wheels.
