Electrical/radio/window switches

ok..I was installing a new radio in a 95 maxima (without the Bose system). Radio was hooked up, playing, working fine.. Just as i go to push the radio/ac assembly back in the dash, the radio quit working. No pwr to the unit.. Also noticed that clock is out, pwr windows and locks don't work for any door except the driver's door... Cannot operate other doors' windows and locks from the driver's side switch either... remote alarm doesn't lock/unlock doors either... I have checked all fuses, under the dash and under the hood, but no blown fuses... Is there a relay that would cause this? Also, reinstalled the factory radio and it works, except for the pwr attenna... again, the clock, pwr windows and pwr door locks (except the driver's side), pwr antenna and remote lock/unlock features don't work...Does anyone have a clue? Also, please note, i didn't have any bare wires left uncovered while doing the install.. This is about my 5th radio install, all gear received from Crutchfield..Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Under the dash Fuse #40 7.5 Amp is blown, just replace it. Make sure you are replacing the correct one. Where do I send the bill?
