Got my car checked out at Nissan....
It was expensive but I did it anyways...
This is what they wrote that's wrong with the car.
Cam Sensor - 23731-38001 $87.15
Raer Main Seal - 12796 - 31000 $56.45
Oil Pan lip seal - 11121-31010 $17.55
Power Steering Return Hose - 49717-40000 $67.56
Possible Oil Pan Leak
Possible timing cover leak
Trans cooler washer on transmission - 21626-64000
Trans Fluid
Power Steering Fluid
Oil Change
Trans Service
That's it..... lol
What's the cheapest and best thing to fix? I think it's too expensive to keep, I want to fix it up a bit then sell the car for whatever I can get for it.

None of those part numbers are correct, just FYI.
Get them through Dave B or Courtesy, then install them yourself
Return hose and CPS are pretty easy jobs (CPS takes under a minute, really).
Which return hose? FAST shows at least three different hoses, all labeled as return.

the hardest parts of all those repairs is probley the tc and the rear main seal. and the rest of those is like a 30 min job for each job and that is a huge exaggeration on what it should take you.

99% sure the rear main seal isn't leaking. It's the rubber seal between the rear main retainer and the oil pan so transmission removal won't be necessary. Should cut down on the cost of labor conciderably.

I think I found the right part number - 49717-40U00 = power steering return hose.
I have another guy who will check out the car tomorrow. I went to Nissan and spend $100.00 for them to tell me what's wrong with the car, the mechanic I went to seems like they don't want to even bother with the work so I gotta another guy to go to tomorrow who I will talk to about it.
If I can fix the transimission leaks that will be enough for right now, I can sell the car with oil leaks....

Why? From the outside how would one tell the difference from the signs of a rear main leak?

If you go to the dealer for a service or a part sometimes they put your name in the system and send you free service check ups of your vehicle, I get them like every 6 months. They only do this so you can come and spend money on their service dept after they tell a whole bunch of BS, but if you know your way around a little then you can just fix it yourself. Try just calling and saying you received a free service check in the mail and try to schedule a time to go

I could understand if it something that only a dealer could do to a particular type of car or something, but man, dealer service dept.'s are such ripoffs. Actually most service places are rippoff artists, but find one that is reasonable and go to them. Even midas and places like that make lots of money on people who don't , know any better.
